All of the products on mytentoryours.co.uk are customer returns - direct from the manufacturer. As a result of this, the manufacturer and My Tent or Yours offer no further warranty on any items sold on the website. Faults will be clearly outlined in the item description and/or photographed.

This is a customer return. 


The side door zip bunches slightly at the top (see photos). This does not affect the use of the door.


There is also a very small hole in the groundsheet (see photos).

Its tunnel tent style is a great choice for both families and couples who enjoy the freedom and variety of touring life. Made with outstanding durable, fully waterproof, ripstop fabric, it adds the flexibility of a large living area with ample headroom and can sleep two in the optional inner – ideal for teens or friends. Its movable front door with insect-proof mesh screen under a deep canopy lets you choose between opening up to connect with nature or to enjoy a larger enclosed living area. Whether moving on each day or based at a campsite, you can leave it freestanding to secure your pitch and store gear while you and yours head off with more space to share adventures. Prepared for the Outwell Nightlight System (patented) providing built-in lighting inside and outside the tent powered by optional ONS Light Unit Sets.

possible. Any replacement or damages will be outlined clearly in the description.


In normal circumstances our items have no defects, 

however we cannot test for leaks, any visible holes or damages that could 

cause leaking will be photographed and displayed.
